• Founder Director of the Institute of Pediatric Neurology in Autism (IPNA). IPNA is a pioneer institute operates in national level and aims to provide a better and inclusive environment for children with neuro developmental disorders (NDDs) including autism.
• Have taken active initiation to develop ‘Pediatric Neurology and Neuro development Residency Course’ in BSMMU.

Previous Experience

• Have been working in the field of Neuro development and Autism for more than 20 years and have engaged in patient diagnosis and management along with clinical research and teaching postgraduate students at the university.

• IPNA received national award, handed over by honorable Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina for outstanding performance in the field of autism and other neuro developmental disorders under my supervision.

• Have been doing free medical camp quarterly at Nilphamari and its adjacent areas since 2000 at her own initiative.
