• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology or related field with minimum 3 to 4 years of proven experience in relevant area.

Experience

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Research Organization, Diagnostic Centre, Clinic

Additional Requirements

• Age At most 35 years

 Certifications:

CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)

MTCNA (MikroTik Certified Network Associate)

RHCE (Red Hat Certified Engineer)

Other Skill & Experience:

• Experience managing Cisco or Juniper equipment.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in IT support, service, and network/system administration.

• Strong expertise in network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, IP telephony, and firewalls.

• Knowledge of CCTV surveillance systems (IP Cameras, PTZ, VMS servers) used in security operations.

• Experience with FTTx Network configuration and troubleshooting (OLT, ONU).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and virtualization technologies.

• Hands-on experience with server and storage hardware (HP, Dell, Cisco).

• Proficiency in managing Windows and Linux server environments.

• Strong understanding of security protocols, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability management.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide IT teams effectively.
