Officer - Call Centre
Responsibilities & Context
Job Context:
The Call Centre Officer at Bangladesh Specialized Hospital Ltd. (BSH) is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing patient inquiries, and resolving issues related to hospital services. This role involves maintaining accurate records of conversations, scheduling appointments, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to maintain professionalism and adhere to telephone etiquette at all times.
Job Responsibilities:-
Schedule patient appointments and ensure proper coordination.
Answer calls promptly, with a polite and professional demeanor.
Collect and accurately enter demographic information (address, phone number, etc.).
Review appointment details with the caller (date, time, location, and provider).
Respond to patient inquiries and provide relevant information, ensuring a patient-focused approach.
Make reminder calls and reschedule appointments as needed.
Perform other duties as reasonably assigned by the supervisor or manager.
